Congratulations John Sullivan!
Florence Chess Club Champion 2010
On Saturday, December 11th, the Florence Chess Club met to determine
who would be named FCC Champion of 2010. The event was held at the
Florence County Library - a 5 round G/30. When the dust settled, John
Sullivan of Florence emerged victorious. He was a perfect 5.0 for the
event. Paul Farb of Columbia took the Second Place trophy with a total of
4.0 points. Special thanks go to Dr. Clyde Smith for his help and support
and to all the players who helped make this tournament a success. Refer to
